项目概述
The 领导的支持 provides students at newbb电子平台 with the opportunity to learn about leadership areas, 培养雇主需要的八项技能, 反思个人成长, and prepare to articulate skill areas to employers and graduate or professional schools. Sometimes called soft or transferable 技能, these are the skill sets that are useful in any workplace and are highly desired by employers. These types of 技能 are critical for success in all industries. Completing activities and reflections associated with skill areas requires analysis about experiences that developed personal skill areas. This program's combination of reflection and future thinking will help you analyze growth in a skill area and where you hope to grow while achieving your goals as a leader.
There are eight 技能 in the 领导的支持 program: self-awareness, 团队开发, 人际沟通, 跨文化能力, 创新, 适应性, 解决问题, 和幸福. These eight 技能 are consistent with what employers nationally report seeking from graduates.

描述: An individual who is competent in 适应性 can recognize when a change is needed and demonstrate resilience in shifting environments.
